Events Policy

Acceptance of Terms

 

By confirming your participation verbally or in writing (including via email) as a speaker at any of our events, including webinars, podcasts, the "Sirius Marketing Event 2024," "AInsights360: Marketing Week," and any other future virtual or in-person events hosted by Sirius Media Company (collectively, "Events"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Speaker Consent and Release Agreement.

 

Consent to Record

 

You grant Sirius Media Company the irrevocable right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness and voice in any media during your participation in any Event.

 

Use of Materials

 

You agree that Sirius Media Company may use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit such recordings or materials containing your voice and likeness, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, and commercial purposes.

 

Distribution Rights

 

You consent to Sirius Media Company distributing the recorded material globally, in perpetuity, through various channels, including but not limited to, social media platforms, television broadcasts, and digital downloads or streaming services. This includes the right to sell the content and include it in paid advertising and promotional materials.

 

Release from Claims

 

By agreeing to these terms, you release and forever discharge Sirius Media Company, its affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have or may develop against Sirius Media Company due to the use of the recordings or materials as described in this agreement.

 

Entire Agreement

 

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sirius Media Company regarding your participation in Events and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

 

Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sirius Media Company is located, Ireland. By agreeing to speak at our Events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
